  • Standard Products: All standard, non-customized products are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Custom Orders: Custom and personalized products may take longer to process, typically between 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. We will provide an estimated processing time when your order is placed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your shipping details.

  • Domestic Shipping: For orders within the country, we offer standard shipping options. The cost and estimated delivery time will vary depending on the location.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination and the size of the package.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Once shipped, standard delivery within the country usually takes 5-10 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery for international orders may take between 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to delays outside of our control.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide photos of the damaged items along with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
